1. Connect the MP3 player to a USB port on the back of the PC.



2. Click Download Now next to the firmware upgrade.

3. After reading the license agreement, click AGREE.

4. Click the Save button to save the file to the PC.



5. Make sure the Save in box is set to the Desktop and click Save.

6. When the file download shows Download Complete, click Run.



7. In the Security Warning, click Run.



8. Click the Upgrade button to start the Firmware installation.



9. When the firmware upgrade shows Firmware upgrade completed!, click Close.

Note:
If the firmware update could not detect the player being connected, unplug the player and plug it in again. Do not disconnect the player once the firmware update is in progress. When the firmware update is complete, the player will start charging automatically. It will display a charging icon, and the blue power LED will start blinking.
